Moreover, TruSource, a division of Union Bank of California is the Plan's Record Keeper and Fiduciary, being a Bank Trustee they deliver the assurance that the Fiduciary Functions are being properly administered and monitored.

Participant assistance is available via the web site and toll free customer service for those who wish to self-direct as well as those who want the help of an Investment Executive.
RSG's Investment Executives are available to meet with your employees and assist them in the enrollment process and many other services such as retirement income planning. And, these value added services are provided at NO additional cost to the participant or the Plan.

Voluntary Educational Workshops are made available so that employees can learn about the 457(b) Elite Choice Plan. They may also learn about the Plan on this web site and through literature that is made available to all employees.
