RSG's Investment Executives are salaried professionals who have
obtained designations or are currently working on the CFP designation,
distinguishing them apart from the more "sales" oriented
financial representatives that historically sell high commission
annuity products to school employees.
Our team's motivation is to effectively communicate the benefits
of the Elite Choice 457(b) Plan and not to distinguish one investment
option over another, as compensation is the same regardless of which
fund a participant elects to invest in. This is a major difference
when compared to how agents are compensated throughout the industry.
The RSG Executive will receive bonuses based on total assets under
management, exemplary job performance, and positive feed back from
both administration and participants.
